Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Pharmixy account and the data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall the app to make the request.

Request deletion without the app

If you have already uninstalled Pharmixy, contact us from the email address or phone number registered to the account and ask for the account to be deleted. Say that you are requesting account and data deletion so the request is not mistaken for a support question.

We confirm the request comes from the account holder before acting on it, and complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your user profile: name, email address and phone number.
• Your pharmacy’s records: medicines, stock and batches, sales, purchases, suppliers, customers and prescriptions.
• Registered devices and any active sessions.
• The local copy on each device, which is removed when the app is uninstalled.

What may be kept, and for how long

Records we are required to retain are kept only where the law requires it — financial and tax records of completed transactions, and security logs needed to investigate fraud or abuse. These are retained for the period the applicable law requires and then deleted. Nothing retained is used to rebuild your account or for marketing.
